Dr James Talbot Talks About the Future of Health and Crowdfunding in the 1930’s

Dr James Talbot, chief medical officer of health in Alberta gives a very interesting TEDx talk on public health. I found his comments on the eradication of Polio to be quite fascinating as it resulted from a crowdfunding campaign across America organised by the March of Dimes Foundation. Dr Talbot emphasises the importance of a knowledgeable public in promoting public health.
