New Video on Neanderthal-Human Comparison Including Neanderthal Documentary

I’ve just created a new video on YouTube comparing modern humans and Neanderthals and including a UNESCO documentary. YouTube has an impressive feature which lets you remix videos. The videos need to have a Creative Commons License and a relatively small percentage of the videos on YouTube fit this criterion. However UNESCO have been particularly generous in this regards and have assigned a Creative Commons license to many of their videos to facilitate this approach (see Appendix). The Neanderthals were a distinct species and the evidence suggests that they interbred with our ancestors at several points and contribute to about 5% of our genome. The story of human-Neanderthal interactions is complex but increasingly elucidated by archaeological studies.
