  1. Thank you for making me aware of this video Dr Marley and of course many thanks to Norman McNamara for opening his heart – his closing comment brought tears to my eyes.

    I work in mental health and his words particularly resonate with me. It is true that many of my thoughts and opinions go against the grain of modern day psychiatric thinking/beliefs of the ‘treatment’ of those who suffer dementia and I will email you later.

    Thanks – its a powerful video and I agree Norman McNamara has been very courageous to open up in this way and I think it will have a profound impact on many people (myself included).
    I’ve looked at the link and again that is a very moving piece.
