A copy of ICD-2 can be found at the WHO website. This document is 232 pages, features 189 causes of death and is written in French. Dr Jacques Bertillon again headed the team (see reviews of previous classifications below). There is a further reference to the second revision of the international classification of the causes of death in this article at the WHO website. The French Government had arranged the conference for the second revision which was held in 1909.
