Bleier Biology presentation on the Endomembrane

There is a good overview of the endomembrane system at the Bleier Biology YouTube Channel. Small and Duff hypothesise that the Retromer Sorting Pathway plays a role in Alzheimer’s Disease. The Retromer complex is an important part of the Endosomal pathway for sorting proteins. In turn, Endosomes are part of the Endomembrane system – functional membrane bound organelles found within the cell.
